Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Staff role based in Bazpur. The Sales Staff member will be responsible for engaging with customers, explaining product features and pricing, and supporting them in making informed purchasing decisions. Daily tasks include managing inquiries, maintaining accurate records of sales and customer interactions, and coordinating with the internal team to ensure product availability and timely delivery. The role involves reaching out to new and existing customers, following up on leads, and helping achieve sales targets. The Sales Staff is also expected to assist with basic merchandising, inventory checks, and maintaining a clean and organized sales area.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
Basic sales and customer service abilities, including handling inquiries, explaining products, and closing sales.
Comfort with maintaining records, using phones or basic computer tools, and organizing customer and product information.
Ability to work on-site full time in Bazpur, with reliability, punctuality, and a focus on teamwork.
Prior experience in retail or field sales is an advantage but not mandatory; willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
Minimum educational qualification at the high school level (or equivalent); higher education in business or commerce is a plus.
Local language proficiency and basic English reading/writing skills are beneficial.
