Job Summary
We are hiring a Billing Clerk to prepare, review, and process customer invoices accurately and on time. You'll help resolve billing discrepancies and maintain organized billing records to support the accounting team.
Responsibilities
Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices
Review billing data for accuracy and completeness
Respond to billing inquiries from customers or internal teams
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies
Maintain organized billing records and documentation
Support collections follow-up as needed
Assist with monthly billing reports
Requirements & Qualifications
High school diploma required; Associate's degree in Accounting a plus
0-2 years of experience in billing, accounting, or administrative support
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Excel and billing/accounting software
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive financial information
