Monarch Innovation Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and self-driven BIM Modeler with practical experience in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks to join our growing team.
We are looking for candidates who can understand project requirements, interpret technical drawings, solve routine modeling challenges, and deliver quality work with minimal supervision.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Develop accurate 3D BIM models for Civil, Structural, and MEPF disciplines.
Work on PDF-to-BIM, CAD-to-BIM, and Scan-to-BIM projects.
Create and modify Revit families as per project requirements.
Read and interpret construction drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings.
Interpret drawings, identify discrepancies, and raise technical queries when required.
Perform model quality checks and coordinate with other disciplines.
Follow BIM standards, maintain model accuracy, and meet project deadlines.
🔹 Required Skills
Hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
Knowledge of Architectural, Structural, and MEPF modeling.
Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical details.
Good problem-solving, coordination, and time-management skills.
Ability to manage assigned tasks independently with minimal guidance.
