UI/UX & Graphic Designer

About the role
We are looking for a creative UI/UX & Graphic Designer with 1–2 years of experience to design intuitive digital experiences and engaging visual content. You will collaborate with our product, engineering, and marketing teams to create user-friendly interfaces and maintain a consistent brand identity across digital channels.
Responsibilities
Design user interfaces for websites and mobile applications.
Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished UI designs.
Conduct user research and usability testing, and use feedback to improve designs.
Develop and maintain reusable components, design systems, and style guides.
Create graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, and promotional materials.
Maintain consistent typography, colors, layouts, and branding across all assets.
Prepare design files and specifications for developers and support implementation.
Review implemented interfaces for design accuracy, responsiveness, and usability.
Manage multiple design tasks and deliver work within agreed timelines.
Requirements
2–3 years of professional experience in UI/UX and graphic design.
A portfolio demonstrating both digital product design and visual communication skills.
Proficiency in Figma and graphic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
Experience creating responsive designs, prototypes, and developer-ready assets.
Familiarity with user-centered design, usability principles, and accessibility.
Ability to explain design decisions and incorporate constructive feedback.
Strong attention to detail, communication, and time-management skills.
Nice to have
Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or illustration.
Familiarity with Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro.
Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
Experience designing for e-commerce, SaaS products, or mobile applications.
