About the Company
We are looking for candidates with experience in P&C Insurance domain (Personal or Commercial [preferred]). You will be required to manage human-in-the-loop (HITL) processes and use documents (including loss run data) commonly found in the P&C Insurance Lifecycle. You will maintain a high standard of performance, work independently and problem solve.

About the Role Responsibilities
Work Experience: 2-4 Yrs (entry level)
Job Timings: U.S Shift (Need to be Flexible for Full Night Shift)

Ability to process continual workload for extended periods in assigned work
Ability to support multiple clients
Ability to provide a consistently elevated level of customer service
Ability to meet productivity time standards, quality and related objectives and goals
Ability to meet and sustain attendance and behavioural standards
Ability to work in FULL Night Shift / overtime as required (including weekends) to support US clients
Ability to problem solve and work with a cheerful outlook
Required Skills
