Role Description The AI Developer role at EgoTECHworld is a full-time remote position focused on designing, building, and deploying AI-driven applications and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and optimizing machine learning and deep learning models, implementing pattern recognition algorithms, and working with neural networks for various use cases. The AI Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business and product requirements into technical solutions, integrate AI components into existing software systems, and maintain scalable, reliable codebases. Additional tasks involve experimenting with Natural Language Processing (NLP) methods, evaluating model performance, documenting solutions, and staying up to date with current AI research and best practices.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science concepts, including algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
Hands-on experience with Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks for classification, prediction, or recommendation tasks.
Practical skills in Software Development, preferably in languages commonly used for AI (such as Python, Java, or C++).
Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and frameworks for building text-based or conversational AI solutions.
Experience with machine learning libraries and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and familiarity with cloud or container-based deployments.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate via digital communication tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; interest in learning new technologies and contributing to technical content is a plus.
