Designation: Shift Incharge - Electrical
Job Brief: 1-Shift In charge Electrical Maintenance
2- Experience with galvanizing, color coating line, finishing line & eot crane maintenance.
Ensuring Availability and Reliability of the equipment.
Reduction in Equipment Downtime and adhering to the Planned Maintenance Schedule as per Sap.
Maintaining Actual availability of Spares & Consumables.
Attending routine Corrective / Preventive / Breakdown / Maintenance Job as per SOP.
Achieve Budgeted Department Financial Goals.
Updating of Shift Logbook Periodically.
Ensuring HSE Compliance & Proper Housekeeping of Workplace.
Initiating Continuous Improvement programs to enhance Equipment Capability.
Co-ordinating & monitoring related lines.
Ensuring Capacity utilization of equipment.
Ensuring Environmental Compliance during the Shift.
Ensuring Safety Compliance during the Shift.
Organizing Toolbox talk & records.
Recording Repetitive failure analysis reports & appropriate corrective action to enhance reliability of the equipment.
