Are you passionate about vessel design, marine engineering, and innovative maritime solutions? Join Navalt Green Mobility Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior Naval Architect and play a key role in delivering efficient, innovative, and cost-effective vessel designs.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Lead vessel design from concept development through detailed engineering.
Ensure compliance with client specifications, classification society rules, and statutory regulations.
Develop design schedules, standards, and procedures to meet project timelines.
Optimize vessel designs for cost efficiency, material utilization, and production feasibility.
Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Project Management, clients, vendors, consultants, and classification societies.
Manage design documentation, revisions, and change control.
Provide technical support during construction, installation, testing, and commissioning.
Troubleshoot design-related issues and participate in inspections and sea trials.
Lead, mentor, and guide the design team to ensure quality and timely project delivery.
🔹 Requirements
Experience: 3–8 years in Naval Architecture.
Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Naval Architecture (Mandatory).
Strong knowledge of classification society rules, including ABS, DNV, Lloyd's Register, and applicable statutory regulations.
Proficiency in marine design software such as AutoCAD, Rhino, and Maxsurf.
Excellent project management, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and team leadership abilities.
Experience handling vessel design projects from concept to commissioning.
