Role Description The Multi Unit Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area, responsible for overseeing multiple retail or outlet locations for Toyo Kombucha. The role includes managing day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to brand standards, and maintaining product quality and service consistency across all units. The Multi Unit Manager will lead and coach store managers and teams, handle staffing and scheduling, and monitor sales performance, inventory, and cost control. This role will also involve implementing operational procedures, driving local marketing initiatives, and analyzing performance metrics to improve customer experience and business results. The Multi Unit Manager will collaborate closely with senior leadership to support expansion plans, execute strategic projects, and uphold safety, hygiene, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
Strong multi-unit retail or food & beverage operations skills, including store management, inventory control, and basic P&L understanding.
Team leadership and people management skills, with experience in coaching, performance management, and building inclusive, high-performing teams.
Customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to resolve issues promptly and maintain high satisfaction levels.
Organizational and planning skills, including time management, problem-solving, and attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
Communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across departments and with senior stakeholders.
Experience in the beverage, food service, or consumer packaged goods industry is highly beneficial; prior exposure to health or wellness brands is a plus.
Comfort with basic digital tools and reporting (e.g., POS systems, spreadsheets, dashboards) to track performance and operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work on-site across multiple locations within the Greater Delhi Area and flexibility to work extended hours or weekends as needed.
