Role Description The Product Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Canada. The Product Manager will be responsible for defining product vision and strategy for immigration and visa consulting services, ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and prioritizing requirements, conducting market and competitor analysis, collaborating with operations, sales, marketing, and technology teams, and overseeing the end-to-end product lifecycle. The role involves creating and improving service offerings, monitoring performance metrics, and driving continuous enhancements based on client feedback and regulatory changes. The Product Manager will also support stakeholder communication, documentation, and process optimization to deliver consistent, high-quality consulting experiences.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in product management, preferably in services or consulting domains, including product strategy, roadmap planning, and lifecycle management.
Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret market trends, regulatory updates, and client insights to inform product decisions.
Proficiency in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration, working with operations, sales, marketing, and technology teams.
Ability to document requirements, create process flows, and support product-related communication and training.
Familiarity with immigration or legal services, or strong interest in learning regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and a client-focused mindset.
Bachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering, or a related field; advanced qualifications in product management or project management are an advantage.
