Reviewing and evaluating Quality Control (QC) cases.
Checking, validating, and resolving AML Screening matches in accordance with compliance standards.
Monitoring, managing, and responding to incoming emails via the “QC Sales” inbox in a timely and professional manner.
Competence in carefully checking and analyzing QC and KYB checks.
Compliance with standards and legislation.
Ability to manage, track, and prioritize email traffic efficiently
Basic knowledge of key performance targets (KPIs) and operational metrics, such as AHT and SLA.
Ability to identify technical or operational issues, escalate them to the relevant teams, and follow up on the resolution process.
