Our IT Admins ensure seamless day-to-day operations—keeping systems running, users supported, and environments secure—so innovation never hits a technical roadblock.
Role & Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals across on-site locations.
Manage Windows/macOS user accounts, permissions, and group policies via Active Directory and MDM platforms.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; escalate complex incidents when needed.
Deploy and manage endpoint security tools, patch management, and backups to ensure compliance and resilience.
Support IT procurement, asset tracking, and lifecycle management for company-owned devices.
Document configurations, processes, and resolutions to build and maintain internal IT knowledge base.
