QC Executive

Summary:
Responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and hygiene in the beverage bottling industry. This role involves managing quality assurance processes, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with industry standards such as SAP QM and FSSC 22000.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the quality assurance processes in the bottling plant to ensure products meet company and regulatory standards.
Maintain and update SAP QM and FSSC 22000 documentation to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Act as the 5S Single Point of Contact (SPOC) to promote and implement 5S methodologies for workplace organization and efficiency.
Monitor plant quality and hygiene standards, ensuring adherence to established protocols.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Train and educate staff on personal hygiene and plant quality standards to maintain a culture of quality and safety.
Required Skills:
Strong understanding of SAP QM and FSSC 22000 standards and documentation processes.
Experience with quality assurance practices in the beverage industry, particularly in bottling operations.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and manage staff.
Ability to conduct thorough inspections and audits with a focus on continuous improvement.
Proficiency in implementing and managing 5S methodologies.
Education & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
Certification in quality management systems such as FSSC 22000 or equivalent is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance roles within the beverage industry.
