Key Responsibilities
◦ Find Leads: Reach out to new clients through cold calls, referrals, networking, and digital channels.
◦ Assess Needs: Listen to customer needs and review their risk profile to suggest suitable protection plans.
◦ Present Policies: Explain policy features, benefits, pricing, and exclusions clearly and honestly.
◦ Meet Targets: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals for policies and premium revenue.
◦ Maintain Records: Keep accurate customer data, call notes, and sales progress updated in the CRM system.
◦ Support Clients: Assist customers during the documentation, renewal, and basic claims process.
Requirements
◦ Bachelor ' Degree
◦ Communication Skills
◦ At least 6 Months experience idealy in BFSI (Banking, Financial services and Insurance) Sector
