**Job Description:** - Managing Move-in/Move-out, billing, device management, and CRM Web UI configuration to optimize customer service
Aware of core utility processes within CRM Web UI, including service orders, move-in/move-out, disconnection/reconnection, and customer complaints
Well versed with detailed functional specifications, design documents, and process flows
Coordinating with FICA, Billing, Device Management for cross-functional integrations Analyze and resolve CRM/ISU incidents and bugs, performing root cause analysis
