About the Role
We’re looking for a confident, commercially minded Employee Enablement Manager to take ownership of training and development at OrderYOYO.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being in front of a room, delivering engaging inductions, coaching sales teams and helping employees perform at their best. You’ll play a key role in getting new starters up to speed, developing our existing teams and ensuring our people have the skills, knowledge and confidence to succeed.
Reporting to our CPO, you’ll work closely with managers and department heads across the business to identify performance gaps and deliver training that makes a measurable difference. From running induction programmes to coaching experienced salespeople and facilitating leadership development, you’ll have the opportunity to shape how we develop our people as we continue to grow.
We're particularly interested in people with sales experience who have gone on to coach, train or develop sales teams. You don't need to have followed a traditional L&D career path, but you do need to be confident presenting, engaging groups and helping people improve their performance.
What You'll Be Doing
Own and deliver new starter inductions: Lead engaging induction programmes one to two weeks per month, ensuring new employees understand our business, culture, products and expectations from day one.
Train and coach sales teams: Deliver practical training to BDMs, telesales and other commercial teams, helping employees develop their skills, improve performance and achieve their targets.
Coach in the flow of work: Carry out accompaniments with office-based teams, observe employees in action, provide constructive feedback and turn learning into better day-to-day performance.
Develop our existing teams: Identify skills gaps and deliver ongoing training, refresher sessions and Lunch & Learns to keep employees developing beyond their initial onboarding.
Facilitate leadership development: Deliver sessions as part of our Leadership Programme, assess participants and provide clear, actionable feedback to support their development.
Create engaging training materials: Build practical resources, presentations, workshops and assessments that help employees apply what they've learnt.
Own our Learning Management System: Manage the platform, develop learning content and encourage adoption across the business.
Measure training effectiveness: Track learning outcomes, employee progress, new starter ramp-up time and improvements in performance to understand what's working and where we can do better.
Partner with managers: Work closely with department heads to understand their teams' challenges and prioritise training that supports business goals.
What We're Looking For
Confident presenter and facilitator: You're comfortable standing in front of a group, leading inductions and keeping a room engaged. You can communicate clearly, bring energy to a session and adapt your style to your audience.
Sales or commercial experience: You've worked in sales, telesales, business development or a similarly target-driven environment and understand what drives performance.
Experience coaching or training others: You've helped colleagues or teams develop their skills, improve results or build confidence. Experience coaching sales teams is a strong advantage.
Practical training delivery experience: You've delivered inductions, onboarding, workshops or structured training sessions and can demonstrate how you've made them effective.
Results-driven mindset: You understand that training should lead to real improvements, whether that's faster onboarding, stronger sales performance, better conversion rates or increased confidence.
Strong relationship-building skills: You're comfortable working with managers, challenging constructively and adapting your approach to different teams and personalities.
Organised and proactive: You can manage multiple training priorities, prepare high-quality materials and take ownership of projects from start to finish.
Positive energy and a hands-on approach: You're someone who gets involved, enjoys working with people and takes pride in seeing others improve.
Great to Have
Experience as a Sales Trainer, Sales Coach, Sales Team Leader, BDM or Telesales Manager.
Experience delivering training in a fast-paced, high-growth business.
Experience facilitating leadership or management development programmes.
Experience managing an LMS or creating digital learning content.
Experience working across different departments, offices or countries.
Why Join OrderYOYO?
Make a visible impact: Help shape how we onboard, train and develop our people as the business grows.
Work closely with leadership: Partner with our CPO and department heads to influence performance and development across the business.
Take ownership: Have the freedom to bring ideas, improve existing training and build programmes that deliver results.
Join a team-first culture: Work in an environment built around our PACO values: Passion, Action, Compassion and One Team.
Develop alongside us: Be part of a growing, international SaaS business where learning and continuous improvement matter.
What We Do at OrderYOYO
OrderYOYO provides independent restaurants and takeaway businesses with their own online ordering, payment, marketing and POS solutions, helping them grow their businesses and build direct relationships with their customers.
As we continue to grow, developing confident, capable employees is essential to our success. This role will help ensure our people have the training, coaching and support they need to deliver their best.
Interested in helping people perform at their best? We'd love to hear from you.
