About The Role
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and people-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and employee lifecycle management.
The internship will be for 3 months, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance, learning agility, and organizational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Assist with sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and following up with candidates and hiring managers.
Onboarding & Documentation: Support the onboarding process, maintain employee records, and ensure timely completion of joining formalities.
HR Operations: Assist with attendance tracking, leave management, employee documentation, HR database updates, and other day-to-day HR activities.
Employee Engagement: Help plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, celebrations, and internal initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
Employee Communication: Assist in drafting HR emails, announcements, reminders, and other internal communications.
HR Reporting: Maintain trackers, update HR reports, and support the preparation of HR-related MIS and dashboards.
General HR Support: Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team and assist with ongoing HR projects.
Eligibility Criteria
Must have completed a graduation degree from a recognized university.
A postgraduate degree or qualification in Human Resources, Management, or a related field will be an added advantage.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.
Ability to handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.
Prior internship experience or exposure to HR activities will be an added advantage.
