Apex Group is seeking a Client Service Manager to join our growing team in Luxembourg. This opportunity is suited to a seasoned professional with strong technical capabilities, commercial awareness, and the ability to lead complex client engagements in a dynamic environment.
Candidates with experience in Securitisation structures, SPVs, IFRS, and Luxembourg GAAP will have a distinct advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the point of contact for a portfolio of clients, delivering exceptional service and strategic guidance.
Oversee the delivery of accounting, corporate administration, governance, and regulatory services.
Mentor, and develop a team of professionals, ensuring high-quality client outcomes.
Review complex financial reporting and corporate administration deliverables, ensuring technical excellence and compliance.
Chair board meetings and liaise with directors, auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders.
Drive operational excellence, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration with international teams.
Support business development initiatives, including client pitches, proposal preparation, and fee negotiations.
What We're Looking For
Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, or equivalent).
8+ years of experience within financial services, corporate services, or fund administration.
Strong technical knowledge of IFRS, Luxembourg GAAP, and alternative investment structures.
Meaningful experience servicing Private Equity, Private Debt, Securitisation, and SPV structures.
Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and navigate complex client environments.
Strong commercial awareness, leadership presence, and sound professional judgment.
