Role Description The Teacher role at School Setu Consultancy is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The Teacher will design and deliver engaging lessons aligned with curriculum requirements and learner needs. Daily responsibilities include lesson planning, classroom instruction, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback. The role involves collaborating with school staff, participating in training sessions, and contributing to co-curricular activities as needed. The Teacher is expected to maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment, communicate regularly with parents or guardians when required, and uphold school policies and standards of professional conduct.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Education skills, with a solid understanding of age-appropriate pedagogy and curriculum delivery.
Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning and Training skills to design structured learning experiences and support student development.
Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with students, colleagues, and families.
Relevant teaching certification or a degree in Education or a related field is preferred.
Prior classroom teaching experience, especially in school settings, is highly beneficial.
Ability to manage classrooms, adapt to diverse learning needs, and use basic educational technology tools.
