Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Financial Executive to support our day-to-day finance and accounting operations. The role will involve maintaining financial records, handling invoices and payments, coordinating with vendors, and supporting statutory compliance and reporting activities.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of day-to-day financial transactions..
Prepare POs, invoices, credit notes, debit notes, challans, and other financial documents.
Perform bank, ledger, and account reconciliations
Manage accounts payable/receivable and coordinate with vendors for invoices, payments, and outstanding dues.
Assist with timely GST, TDS, PF, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances with the help of outsourced services.
Prepare regular financial reports, MIS, and assist with financial statements.
Maintain proper records of raw materials and finished goods inventory.
Provide required financial data and documentation for audits and compliance checks.
Liaise with external stakeholders, including CAs, CSs, auditors, and vendors for financial audits and compliance.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in accounting or a similar role in D2C company
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Have a basic understanding of tax regulations and compliance.
Software knowledge must : Tally, Excel
