Work Profile: Recruitment Intern
Company: Thinkcloudly
Location: Noida Sector 16 (Work from Office)
Timings: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM (Mon–Sat)
Duration: 3 Months | Stipend: ₹12k–15k/month
Key Responsibilities:-
* Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for technical roles via portals and LinkedIn.
* Schedule interviews/demo sessions and share feedback with the hiring team.
* Assign selected candidates to training batches and maintain records.
* Support HR in recruitment activities and process improvements.
Skills & Qualifications:-
* Pursuing/completed degree in HR, Business, or related field.
* Interest in technical recruitment & IT hiring trends.
* Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace (ATS knowledge is a plus).
