AI Product Lead

At Meolaa, we don't believe Product Managers should spend their days writing PRDs and chasing updates. Meolaa is Building the AI-native Procter & Gamble.
We want builders.
We're looking for a Product Lead who can spot a business problem, think like a founder, prototype like an engineer, and ship solutions that make the business better. If you enjoy turning chaos into scalable products and believe AI is changing how software gets built, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Do
Own products that power both our customers and internal teams.
Turn messy business problems into elegant product solutions.
Work alongside founders, engineers, designers, and business teams to build fast.
Speak to users, understand their pain points, and obsess over feedback.
Prototype, test, and iterate using AI-first development tools.
Build products that automate, simplify, and scale how Meolaa operates.
You're Probably a Great Fit If You...
Have 5+ years building digital products.
Have worked on multiagent workflows.
Can code (or have coded enough to hold your own with engineers).
Have led engineering teams or worked closely with them to ship products.
Have built products from 0 → 1, not just managed backlogs.
Regularly use AI tools like Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, ChatGPT, or similar to build faster.
Love talking to users as much as you love solving technical problems.
Thrive in startups where ownership matters more than job titles.
Bonus Points
You've built products in a startup or D2C environment.
You've automated things that people said couldn't be automated.
You naturally ask, "Why are we doing this manually?"
Why Meolaa?
Work directly with the founders.
Build products with real business impact—not vanity features.
Own decisions, not just deliverables.
Be part of an AI-first company where experimentation is encouraged and bureaucracy isn't.
Help shape the technology backbone of the next generation of consumer brands.
If you're excited by hard problems, rapid experimentation, and building products that people actually use, we'd love to hear from you.
Come build with us.
