Description:
We are looking for a Senior Technology Delivery Manager to join the OW AI Program (Quotient Inside), Oliver Wyman’s internal AI transformation program focused on making OW an AI-native firm by end of 2027. This is a senior, high-impact role that acts as the deputy of the Build Team Workstream Lead, owning the operational, technical governance, and cross-functional coordination layer of the Build team; managing major third-party AI tool onboardings end-to-end; and providing continuity of Build team leadership when the Build Team Workstream Lead is absent. The Senior Technology Delivery Manager will work closely with OWG Tech, Marsh Tech, the Build team’s AI PMs, and Product Strategy PMs to keep the AI program operating at pace, removing blockers, managing the daily operational queue, owning the consultant and business lead demand pipeline, and standing in for the Build Team Workstream Lead when required.
Senior Technology (Gen AI) Delivery Manager
We will count on you to:
Support recurring governance forums, including the Weekly Architecture Review Board, by coordinating agendas, materials, attendees, and follow-up actions
Turn technical discussions into executive-ready decision records, meeting summaries, action registers, and approval documentation
Track ownership, progress, risks, security requirements, cost considerations, and approval conditions through to closure
Support third-party AI vendor onboarding, access requests, rollout activity, and operational escalations across ServiceNow, SharePoint, and intake workflows
Produce program reporting and keep the daily operational queue moving so access approvals, onboarding tickets, and routine requests do not stall
What you need to have:
4+ years of experience in technology delivery, governance, PMO, or technology operations roles
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in technology, computer science, or a related field
Experience supporting technology governance or architecture review processes in a complex enterprise environment
Strong ability to translate technical discussion into clear, executive-ready documentation
Proven coordination skills with the ability to manage a high-volume operational queue and follow through without dropping items
Experience with technology onboarding, compliance, or access management processes, and comfort working through security and procurement reviews
Working knowledge of ServiceNow or similar reporting and ticketing tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders and technical teams
What makes you stand out:
Experience in a consulting or professional services environment
Working knowledge of Marsh or Marsh infrastructure and processes
Exposure to AI tools and platforms, large language models, AI governance frameworks, or enterprise AI onboarding
Familiarity with SIEM, OKTA, SCIM, or similar enterprise security and identity tools
Experience in Agile delivery environments, including sprint ceremonies, backlog management, and ADO or similar tools
