At Mudita, content and design play a key role in how we communicate ideas, build trust, and create impact. We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can bring strong visual thinking, clean execution, and creative ownership to our growing content and marketing team.
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to create high-quality designs for digital campaigns, social media, landing pages, websites, presentations, print creatives, and brand communication.
The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for layout, typography, visual hierarchy, branding, and storytelling. You should be able to understand briefs clearly, translate ideas into impactful visuals, and deliver designs that align with Mudita’s brand and business goals.
You will work closely with the creative and marketing teams and will contribute to a variety of fast-moving design projects.
Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality graphics for digital, social media, print, editorial, and marketing content.
Design social media creatives, digital ad creatives, thumbnails, banners, posters, standees, and brand communication assets.
Design landing page visuals, website sections, and campaign-related creatives.
Create presentation decks, workshop slides, event creatives, and branding-related collaterals.
Understand creative briefs and convert them into visually strong, brand-aligned designs.
Ensure all designs follow Mudita’s brand guidelines, visual style, and campaign objectives.
Work collaboratively with the creative, marketing, content, and business teams.
Support design requirements for paid ads, organic content, launches, workshops, events, and internal projects.
Stay updated with current design trends, social media formats, and digital creative styles.
Organize and maintain design files, assets, templates, and project folders properly.
Take feedback constructively and make revisions with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Contribute creative ideas to improve visual communication, storytelling, and campaign performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design.
Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, digital ads, branding, presentations, and campaign creatives.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is mandatory.
Good working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
Knowledge of tools like Canva, Figma, InDesign, or PowerPoint will be an added advantage.
Strong understanding of layout, typography, colors, visual hierarchy, and composition.
Ability to interpret briefs accurately and deliver designs aligned with strategic goals.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented, organized, and open to feedback.
Must own a personal laptop capable of handling design work.
Must be comfortable working full-time from the Goregaon West office.
