At Gemius, we're looking for a Key Brand Manager who can lead brands, inspire teams, and build long-term client partnerships. This is not just a client servicing or coordination role. We're looking for someone who can think strategically, lead confidently, solve problems proactively, and drive measurable brand growth.
What you'll be doing:
Lead and mentor a team of Brand Managers, ensuring seamless execution across multiple client accounts.
Own and manage key client relationships while overseeing a portfolio of brands.
Develop brand growth strategies aligned with client business objectives.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with exceptional quality.
Collaborate with Creative, Performance Marketing, Content, SEO, Video, and Design teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
Review campaign performance, identify opportunities, and recommend strategic improvements.
Monitor Brand Manager team productivity, performance, and delivery standards while coaching team members for continuous growth.
Drive operational excellence by improving processes, communication, and client satisfaction.
We are looking for Some who:-
Has 2+ years of experience in Brand Management, Client Servicing, or Account Management within a marketing or advertising agency.
Has proven experience leading and mentoring a team.
Can independently manage key client accounts while guiding Brand Managers.
Possesses excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Understands how businesses grow and can translate client goals into actionable marketing strategies.
Is highly analytical and comfortable using data, reports, and performance metrics to make informed decisions.
Has strong research skills, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
Can effectively manage multiple brands, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
Takes ownership, builds trust with clients, and leads with accountability.
