Role review: As an Onboarding Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the technical onboarding of new clients. Your goal is to ensure a smooth and successful implementation of our platform, providing guidance and support to help clients maximize their experience from the start.
Key Responsibilities:
1] Client Onboarding: Lead the technical onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they
understand our platform’s features and functionalities.
2] Implementation Support: Collaborate with clients to configure the platform to meet their
specific needs and business objectives.
3] Training & Guidance: Provide training sessions and resources to empower clients to use the
platform effectively.
4] Issue Resolution: Address any technical challenges during the onboarding process, providing
timely solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
5] Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback post-deployment to identify areas for improvement
and enhance future onboarding processes.
6] Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including support and
product development, to ensure a seamless transition for clients.
Qualifications & Skills:
1] Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or a related legal qualification is required.
2] 0-1 years of experience in client onboarding, implementation, technical support, or a similar role.
3] Exposure to CLM or legal SaaS products will be an added advantage.
4] Strong understanding of software implementation processes and best practices.
5] Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
6] Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues promptly.
Work Location & Mode:
The role is based in Gurgaon, Sector 44 and requires working from the office, 5 days a week.
