We are looking for an Associates Attendant, Kids Activities to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.
In this position, you will create a safe, engaging and memorable experience for young guests aged 4 to 12 through fun, age-appropriate activities. You will encourage creativity, learning and cultural discovery while responding to children’s needs and creating enjoyable experiences for both children and their parents.
Responsibilities
Provide daily care, supervision and observation of young guests, ensuring their safety, wellbeing and engagement.
Plan and deliver creative, challenging and age-appropriate activities that encourage learning, participation and enjoyment.
Build positive relationships with children, providing reassurance, support and a safe environment.
Coordinate daily activity plans and routines with the team, considering each child’s needs and routines.
Communicate with parents, gather relevant information and provide appropriate feedback at check-out.
Support the Kids Club team with daily activities and operations, contributing to a positive and welcoming environment for children and families.
Follow all Health & Safety requirements, Hotel Policies, SOPs and Brand Standards, ensuring activities are delivered safely and to the required standards.
Requirements
University or IEK qualification in Childcare, Early Childhood Education or a related field.
Previous experience in childcare, babysitting, schools, camps or similar activities will be considered an advantage.
Good knowledge of children’s daily care, including meals, hygiene and basic routines.
Good communication skills in Greek and English.
Creative and caring approach towards children and families.
Ability to organize fun, educational and age-appropriate activities.
Team player, with good time-management skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
