The VP will establish product management processes, build and develop a high-performing team, strengthen collaboration across engineering, design, marketing, operations, and business development, and ensure that product initiatives deliver measurable business value.
The ideal candidate brings extensive professional experience with significant management and executive leadership experience. They should demonstrate independent judgment, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to build product capabilities, guide teams through complex decisions, and turn strategic priorities into successful products.

Recruit and mentor product leaders and managers while establishing performance expectations and professional development plans.
Create a culture of ownership, collaboration, customer focus, and evidence-based decision-making.
Allocate team resources according to strategic priorities and evolving business needs.
Customer and Market Insights
Establish processes for gathering customer feedback, analyzing user behavior, and identifying unmet market needs.
Partner with sales, customer success, and business development teams to understand customer requirements and commercial opportunities.
Conduct competitive analysis and assess market positioning to inform product decisions.
Use customer insights and performance data to improve product usability, adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with engineering, design, data, marketing, operations, and commercial teams to coordinate product planning and delivery.

Identify product risks, delivery dependencies, and resource constraints before they affect execution.
Ensure product decisions reflect relevant security, privacy, regulatory, and operational requirements where applicable.
Report progress, outcomes, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, taking ownership of results rather than focusing solely on delivery activity.
