Job Purpose/ Summary
To provide day-to-day functional and operational support for Digital Transformation and Industry 4.0 initiatives across plant and business functions, enabling digitalisation of manufacturing processes through IT-OT convergence, MES, IoT, automation, real-time analytics, data integration and Smart Manufacturing solutions.
The role will support business users in identifying digital opportunities, translating business requirements into functional and technical requirements, coordinating with IT, OT, automation, cybersecurity and technology partners, and ensuring successful implementation, adoption and continuous improvement of digital solutions.
Job Description
Provide day-to-day functional support for the SAP FICO/CO module to plant and business users.Perform master data creation, maintenance, validation, and updating related to FICO/CO.Support basic-level SAP FICO configuration and Key Data Structure (KDS. requirements.Provide L0 and L1 support to the Plant Costing team and coordinate with technical teams for higher-level issues.Understand new business requirements and translate them into clear SAP functional requirements.Coordinate closely with Operations, Projects, Costing, Finance, Quality, and IT teams to understand business needs and provide appropriate SAP support.Handle and track SAP CO tickets and ensure resolution within the defined SLA.Support business reporting requirements and assist users in obtaining accurate information from SAP.Conduct periodic reviews/audits of SAP CO processes and identify areas for improvement.Support SAP FICO/CO integration with relevant business processes and functions.Assist in implementing SAP best practices and process improvements.Facilitate SAP CO/FICO-related user training and knowledge-sharing sessions.Support and drive digitalization initiatives within the FICO area.Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, consultants, and service providers as required.
Responsibility
Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of FICOCO master data in SAPbr Provide timely support to users for routine SAP FICOCO functional issuesbr Ensure SAP tickets are properly documented monitored and closed according to SLA timelinesbr Support the Plant Costing team in resolving SAPrelated costing issuesbr Understand business requirements and coordinate with the SAP technicalfunctional team for suitable solutionsbr Maintain the accuracy and integrity of SAP master and transactional data within the assigned scopebr Monitor existing SAP processes and recommend opportunities for standardization automation and improvementbr Support testing and implementation of SAP enhancements changes and new business requirementsbr Ensure proper coordination between business users and ITSAP support teamsbr Assist in SAP process audits and ensure adherence to defined proceduresbr Conductsupport user training and provide functional guidance to SAP usersbr Develop knowledge of SAP best practices and support their adoption within the organizationbr Participate in FICOrelated digital transformation and continuous improvement initiativesbr Maintain effective coordination with all internal and external stakeholders
