Sr. Interior Designer

Roles & Responsibilities
Understand client requirements, preferences, budget, and functional needs.
Develop interior design concepts, space plans, 2D layouts, and 3D visualizations.
Prepare detailed working drawings, elevations, and technical specifications.
Present designs to clients, incorporate feedback, and obtain design approvals.
Recommend suitable materials, finishes, colours, and interior products.
Coordinate with Sales, Design, Production, and Execution teams for smooth project handover.
Ensure design accuracy, quality, and timely completion of assigned projects.
Maintain project documentation, design revisions, and client sign-off records.
Follow company design standards, processes, and project timelines.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in interior design, preferably in residential or modular interiors.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and relevant 3D visualization software.
Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, furniture, and space planning.
Good client communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prepare execution-ready drawings.
A portfolio of completed interior design projects is mandatory.
