About the role
We are looking for a Crypto Research & Trading Analyst to combine fundamental and on-chain research with active trading. You will build investment theses, turn them into trades, and manage risk across spot and derivatives positions.
Responsibilities
Research protocols, tokenomics, on-chain data, and market structure
Develop trade ideas with clear entry, invalidation, and sizing logic
Trade spot and derivatives on CEX and DEX
Manage portfolio risk, exposure, and drawdowns
Build analytics dashboards and tools (Dune, Nansen, Glassnode, Python)
Prepare internal research and reports
Requirements
[2-3]+ years of experience in crypto trading or research
Strong understanding of liquidity, perpetuals, margin, and liquidations
Hands-on on-chain analysis experience
Python and SQL for data analysis
Verifiable track record or published research
English: Upper-Intermediate or above
Nice to have
Options and volatility trading
DeFi experience (yield, LP, lending)
Algo trading and exchange API experience
Background at a fund, prop desk, or market maker
What we offer
Compensation: $150,000-$200,000
