Role Description The Executive – Outbound Logistics and Warehousing role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kalyan. The role involves managing outbound logistics activities, including order processing, shipment planning, and coordination with transport partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. The executive will oversee warehouse operations such as inventory handling, dispatch scheduling, stock accuracy, and compliance with safety and quality standards. Daily responsibilities include monitoring logistics performance, resolving delivery or service issues, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with sales and customer service teams to meet customer expectations. The role also requires working closely with supply chain stakeholders to optimize costs, improve operational efficiency, and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Logistics Management and Warehousing skills, including experience with dispatch planning, inventory control, and transport coordination.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Supply Chain Management, with the ability to work across procurement, production, and distribution functions.
Candidates should possess Customer Service and Communication skills to handle queries, resolve delivery issues, and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Candidates should possess Sales support skills, with an understanding of order fulfillment and alignment of logistics with sales targets.
Relevant experience in outbound logistics or warehouse operations, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG/paint industry.
Working knowledge of ERP/WMS systems and proficiency in MS Excel and other reporting tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management abilities, with attention to accuracy and safety standards.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
