Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Growth & Marketing Executives based in Bengaluru. The role involves developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote immigration and resettlement services, with a focus on lead generation and conversion. Daily responsibilities include managing digital and offline marketing activities, optimizing social media presence, and coordinating with sales and counseling teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. The executive will analyze market trends, track campaign performance, prepare reports, and propose data-driven strategies to enhance brand visibility and client acquisition. The role also includes engaging with prospective clients through events, webinars, and outreach initiatives to support overall business growth.
Qualifications
Strong marketing and growth-focused skills, including campaign planning, brand positioning, and lead generation.
Proficiency in digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain services clearly and persuasively.
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build positive stakeholder relationships.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
Prior experience in immigration consulting, education services, or professional services marketing is preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a focus on meeting targets and deadlines.
