Job Brief: Job Description
1-Shift In charge Electrical Maintenance
2- Experience with galvanizing, color coating line, finishing line & eot crane maintenance.
3. Ensuring Availability and Reliability of the equipment.
4. Reduction in Equipment Downtime and adhering to the Planned Maintenance Schedule as
per Sap.
5. Maintaining Actual availability of Spares & Consumables.
6. Attending routine Corrective / Preventive / Breakdown / Maintenance Job as per SOP.
7. Achieve Budgeted Department Financial Goals.
8. Updating of Shift Logbook Periodically.
9. Ensuring HSE Compliance & Proper Housekeeping of Workplace.
10. Initiating Continuous Improvement programs to enhance Equipment Capability.
11. Co-ordinating & monitoring related lines.
12. Ensuring Capacity utilization of equipment.
13. Ensuring Environmental Compliance during the Shift.
14. Ensuring Safety Compliance during the Shift.
15. Organizing Toolbox talk & records.
16. Recording Repetitive failure analysis reports & appropriate corrective action to enhance
reliability of the equipment
