Position Summary:
Dyspozytor (k/m)
Miejsce pracy: Łódź, Elektronowa 6
Zakres obowiązków:
koordynacja pracy kurierów i podwykonawców
kontrola poprawności przepływu zgłaszanych zleceń
przekazywanie zleceń kurierom
zapewnienie płynności i terminowości procesu odbioru i dostarczania przesyłek
wykonywanie raportów operacyjnych w tym kontrola kosztów dostaw i odbiorów
Profil Kandydata:
zorientowanie na klienta, spełnianie jego potrzeb oraz dostarczanie doskonałych doświadczeń w kontakcie z FedEx
wykształcenie min. średnie
mile widziane doświadczenie we współpracy i zarządzaniu podwykonawcami
dobra znajomość topografii miasta
umiejętność jasnej i precyzyjnej komunikacji
umiejętność analitycznego myślenia, wyciągania wniosków i szybkiego podejmowania decyzji
dokładność i odpowiedzialność
gotowość do pracy w systemie zmianowym
