VP – IT & SECURITY

About the Role
Office Beacon is seeking an experienced Vice President – IT & Security to lead enterprise IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, IT operations, and technology governance.
This strategic leadership role will focus on strengthening security, managing technology risk, leading infrastructure and cybersecurity teams, and ensuring the secure adoption of enterprise AI, SaaS, and data technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead IT strategy, infrastructure, and enterprise technology operations.
Oversee cybersecurity, information security, and risk management.
Drive IT governance, compliance, audits, and security controls.
Manage IT service delivery, assets, procurement, vendors, and budgets.
Lead business continuity, disaster recovery, and technology transformation initiatives.
Strengthen cloud infrastructure, network security, endpoint management, and identity access controls.
Establish governance for enterprise AI, SaaS security, data protection, and third-party technology risk.
What We're Looking For
✔️ 12+ years of progressive IT experience, including significant leadership responsibility.
✔️ Proven experience leading enterprise IT infrastructure and operations.
✔️ Strong cybersecurity, information security, and IT governance expertise.
✔️ Experience managing senior infrastructure and/or security professionals.
✔️ Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, IAM, endpoint security, vulnerability management, and disaster recovery.
✔️ Experience with IT procurement, vendor management, budgets, compliance, and audits.

⭐ Preferred: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, ITIL, or ISO 27001 experience. Experience working with geographically distributed teams is also advantageous.
