As a Production Superintendent, you will lead a key manufacturing operation that keeps our products moving safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Production Planning & Execution
Manage and supervise daily production activities in line with the production plan.
Ensure production output targets are achieved in accordance with company standards.
Optimize the use of manpower, materials, machinery, and production time.
Identify and resolve issues that may impact production performance.
Operational Excellence
Implement initiatives to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
Analyze downtime, production losses, and process bottlenecks.
Drive continuous improvement programs, including Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and TPM.
Quality Management
Ensure all products meet established quality standards.
Work closely with the Quality team to address non-conformances.
Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Safety, Health & Environment (SHE)
Ensure all production activities comply with company safety standards and regulations.
Promote and monitor safe working practices across the production area.
Participate in incident investigations and improvement initiatives.
Leadership & People Management
Lead and supervise production teams to achieve departmental objectives.
Coach, mentor, and develop team capability and performance.
Manage workforce planning, performance reviews, and employee discipline.
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
Monitor production KPIs and recommend improvement actions.
Collaborate closely with Maintenance, Planning, Quality, Warehouse, and Engineering teams.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
Proven experience in manufacturing or production operations, including leadership responsibility.
Strong knowledge of Production Planning & Control, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement.
Experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), problem-solving, and decision-making.
Understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001/K3 standards.
Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and team management skills.
Results-oriented with the ability to plan, organize, and drive execution effectively.
