SPA MANAGER
Aurora Medical Spa | Castle Rock, CO
Lead a location that’s just getting started
Aurora Medical Spa is hiring a Spa Manager for our Castle Rock location. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants to be in the middle of the action, leading a close-knit team with the systems, training, and brand recognition of a company that has spent nearly twenty years earning trust across Missouri, Colorado, and Texas.
Castle Rock is one of the fastest-growing communities in Colorado, with a client base that values quality providers and a personalized experience. The Spa Manager here isn’t maintaining something that’s already built. You’re helping shape it.
About Aurora
Founded in 2006 in Des Peres, MO, Aurora Medical Spa has grown thoughtfully to nine locations by doing one thing consistently: delivering a high standard of aesthetic care in a culture that values its people. We’re a certified Great Place to Work®, a Top 5 Allergan account nationwide, and a team that believes the most important part of the Aurora experience is how we make people feel, clients and employees alike.
What you’ll own
As Spa Manager, you report to the COO and are responsible for how the Castle Rock location runs, performs, and feels every day. In a location this size, you’ll be on the floor with your team, not behind a closed door.
Team
Hire, train, and lead the administrative and provider teams
Run regular team meetings, quarterly 1:1s, and performance reviews
Keep the team focused, motivated, and drama-free
Operations
Oversee day-to-day operations so providers can stay focused on clients
Manage inventory, place orders, and keep devices on their preventative maintenance schedule
Maintain patient records and documentation
Make sure the practice stays compliant with industry regulations
Handle the unexpected, whether that’s a staffing gap or a piece of equipment down
Financial
Oversee location financials: deposits, sales revenue, CareCredit, and budget tracking
Support payroll and scheduling as needed
Partner HQ on business strategy and annual goals
Clients and vendors
Be a visible presence for clients and resolve concerns before they become complaints
Build relationships with vendor reps and manage those partnerships
What we look for
Aurora’s strongest leaders share a few things in common. Here’s what matters most in Castle Rock.
You’ve led a team before. Medical spa, plastic surgery, or dermatology experience is a plus, but strong leadership is what we’re hiring for.
You lead people well. You know how to inspire a team, resolve conflict directly, and take accountability when things go sideways instead of getting defensive. Your team trusts you because you’re consistent.
You’re organized and comfortable with numbers. You can track a budget, read revenue reports, and work confidently in the systems that keep a clinic running. Details don’t slip past you.
You adapt and execute. Growth means change. You can take a new process from HQ, make it make sense for your team, and get it done.
You carry yourself professionally. You represent Aurora in the community and set the standard for your team.
