Senior Requirements Engineer

Role Summary
We are looking for Senior Requirements Engineers to analyse business processes and translate stakeholder needs into clear business, functional, process, data and integration requirements. The role requires strong German communication skills and practical knowledge of SAP processes and application landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
· Elicit and analyse requirements from business, technology and application stakeholders.
· Facilitate requirements and process workshops in German.
· Document current-state and target-state processes.
· Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
· Prepare process flows, business rules, use cases, user stories and acceptance criteria.
· Analyse requirements across SAP and surrounding applications.
· Identify process, data, integration and operational impacts.
· Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability.
· Manage requirement clarifications, changes, dependencies and approvals.
· Work with SAP developers and architects to validate solution alignment.
· Support test-case preparation, System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
· Ensure requirements documentation meets agreed quality and governance standards.
Mandatory Requirements
· Senior experience in requirements engineering, business analysis or functional analysis.
· Strong SAP process and application knowledge.
· Experience documenting functional requirements and end-to-end process flows.
· Experience working with SAP development, integration and testing teams.
· Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
· Experience facilitating workshops and managing requirement approvals.
· Professional German and English communication skills.
· Based in Germany and able to attend workshops in Hameln or Frankfurt.
Relevant SAP Experience
· SAP CML or FS-CML.
· SAP BCA or BCS.
· SAP Business Partner.
· SAP S/4 transformation.
· SAP integration and data flows.
· SAP-based financial-services processes.
Nice-to-Have Experience
· Banking, mortgage, lending or financial-services knowledge.
· Application-integration or migration experience.
· Experience supporting SIT, UAT and business acceptance.
· Experience working in regulated technology environments.
Working Arrangement
· The role is remote within Germany.
· Physical attendance is required for scheduled workshops in Hameln or Frankfurt.
The candidate must be based in Germany and able to travel to either workshop location when required.
