IT Recruiter – Europe & Nordics

Job Overview
We’re looking for an IT Recruiter who has recruited across Europe, especially the Nordics, and has hands-on experience working with MSP accounts and VMS platforms.
What You will Be Working On
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT contract and consulting roles across Europe.
Source and engage candidates, with a strong focus on Sweden and other Nordic markets.
Screen candidates for skills, availability, location, work authorization and rate expectations.
Coordinate interviews and keep candidates and account managers updated.
Negotiate rates within agreed budgets and support offer closure and onboarding.
Build a candidate pipeline for recurring and niche requirements.
What We are Looking For
Must Have:
Previous IT recruitment experience across Europe, with direct exposure to Nordic hiring.
Experience supporting MSP accounts and using platforms such as Magnit, Fieldglass or Beeline.
A good understanding of contract staffing and the Nordic talent market.
Experience hiring for software development, cloud, DevOps, data and similar technical roles.
Strong sourcing, communication and negotiation skills.
Someone who takes ownership, follows up consistently and can manage multiple requirements.
Availability to work European business hours.
