About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our team. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is desirable. A customer-centric mindset and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are also important attributes for success in this role.
Responsibilities
Identify and attract potential candidates through various sourcing channels including job portals, social media, and professional networks. Conduct thorough screening of resumes and applications to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, providing guidance and support throughout the process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system. Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires. Continuously build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future staffing needs. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
