Job Description: Executive – Outbound Sales
Location: Malad West, Mumbai
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Fixed Day Shift)
Work Week: Monday to Saturday (Fixed Sunday Off)
Compensation: ₹4,1000 CTC per month
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective and existing corporate/commercial clients.
Present, promote, and pitch financial products and banking solutions effectively.
Understand client requirements and tailor product offerings to meet business needs.
Maintain high call quality standards, professional etiquette, and strong client rapport.
Meet and exceed daily/monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets.
Candidate Eligibility & Requirements
Education: Undergraduate degree completed (or equivalent).
Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven outbound sales or tele-sales experience.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (B2 Voice Level or higher).
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and rapport-building capabilities.
High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
Compensation & Benefits
Cost to Company (CTC): ₹41,000 / month
Fixed Day Shift (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)
Fixed Sunday Off
