Job Responsibilities:
Deliver Soft Skills, Communication, Behavioral, and Customer Service training programs.
Conduct new hire, refresher, and developmental training sessions.
Facilitate workshops on communication, presentation skills, customer handling, and professional etiquette.
Assess training effectiveness and provide coaching to improve performance.
Identify skill gaps and recommend learning interventions.
Create and maintain training reports, trackers, and feedback records.
Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and HR teams to drive employee development.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong facilitation and presentation abilities.
Experience in delivering soft skills and communication training.
Ability to engage diverse audiences and manage classroom/virtual sessions.
Good knowledge of MS Office and training tools.
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline.
Certifications in Learning & Development or Train-the-Trainer will be an added advantage.
Immediate joiners with at least 2+ years of Soft Skills Training experience are encouraged to apply.
