Required Skills
5+ years of hands-on software development experience building enterprise-grade applications using Java/J2EE and C#/.NET.
Strong experience developing scalable web applications, APIs, and microservices using both Java and C# technology stacks.
Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), software design patterns, clean code principles.
Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, web services, and distributed system design.
Experience designing and developing high-performance, highly available, and scalable backend systems.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Proven technical experience with the ability to independently drive projects from requirements gathering through design, implementation, testing, and production deployment.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Experience implementing security best practices including OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SSL/TLS, PKI, and encryption.
Experience with messaging and integration technologies such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, WebSockets, Mule ESB, APNs, and SMPP.
Experience building and operating production systems using CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
