Job Purpose
Responsible for operations and maintenance of the PS Core elements deployed in the circle such as SGSN/MME, GGSN/PGW, PCRF, Gi/Gn DNS, Cache servers etc. KPI based Analysis, managing system uptime, perform regular O&M activities, Coordination with different functions and supporting Business deliverables will be the key focus points.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
Ensure System Uptime and Regular Backups
Traffic migration and optimisation based on report analysis
Responsible for alarm clearance in the PACO nodes in coordination with respective functions
Ensure timely system upgrades of packet core nodes and support capacity expansion
Execute periodic preventive maintenance activities.
Traffic report analysis and initiative to improve KPIs
Hardware support for PS –Core nodes.
Active participation in each of fault and outage condition, value addition for faster resolution of the fault and minimize the impact
Coordination with Vendors/PMS/COG/other functions for KPI restoration/analysis and new node implementations.
Resolve all data related complaints with in TAT including NR / IR DATA roaming complain
Necessary CR raising, understand purpose of CR raised by CODE, detailed pre / post testing wrt changes performed
