Role Description The RPA Developer role at Agamin is a full-time, on-site position based in Thiruvananthapuram. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying robotic process automation solutions to optimize business workflows and reduce manual effort. Daily responsibilities include analyzing existing processes, identifying automation opportunities, configuring RPA tools, writing and testing automation scripts, and maintaining deployed bots.
Qualifications:
Candidates should possess strong skills in Process Automation and Robotics, with hands-on experience in RPA tools and frameworks.
4-6 Years of Experience
Needs to have these skills- UiPath, API Development and Integration, SQL, VB.NET and Python Scripting
API- REST or SOAP
Interview- Two rounds (Technical+Coding+Managerial)
Atleast 10%-20% Knowledge required in VB Scripting and 80% in Python Scripting
Candidates serving NP or Immediately available are preferred
Candidates should possess solid Software Development skills, including coding, debugging, and testing in relevant programming languages.
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to understand complex workflows, identify optimization opportunities, and translate requirements into technical solutions.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, document processes, and present technical concepts clearly.
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
Ability to work systematically, manage multiple tasks, and adhere to quality and security standards in an enterprise environment.
Exposure to enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and integration patterns is an advantage.
