Buggy Driver

Constance Ephelia, a prestigious resort destination in Seychelles, is seeking a professional and customer-focused Buggy Driver to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing safe, reliable, and courteous transportation services to our guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction whilst navigating the resort grounds and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional driving skills, a commitment to safety, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Maintain a professional demeanour and provide courteous, attentive service to all passengers
Operate buggies safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic regulations and resort safety protocols
Transport guests to various resort locations, including accommodation, dining facilities, beaches, and recreational areas
Assist guests with luggage, directions, and information about resort amenities and local attractions
Conduct pre-operation and post-operation vehicle inspections to ensure buggies are in optimal working condition
Report any mechanical issues, maintenance requirements, or safety concerns to management promptly
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the buggy at all times
Respond to guest requests and special requirements with flexibility and professionalism
Contribute to a positive guest experience by offering local knowledge and personalised recommendations
Comply with all company policies, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards
Valid driving licence with a clean driving record
Proven experience operating buggies, golf carts, or similar small vehicles
Excellent customer service and people skills with a guest-focused approach
Strong safety awareness and commitment to defensive driving practices
Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude with strong work ethic
Physical fitness and ability to work extended hours in a tropical climate
Fluency in English; additional language skills are desirable
First aid or emergency response certification
Previous experience in the hospitality or tourism sector

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
