About the Role
We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer to build and deploy practical AI solutions. You will work with engineering and business teams to develop machine learning models, Generative AI applications, and intelligent automation workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models.
Build LLM applications, RAG pipelines, and AI agents.
Prepare datasets and perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and analysis.
Integrate AI solutions with applications through REST APIs.
Monitor model performance and improve accuracy, reliability, and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into production solutions.
Required Skills
3–5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
Strong Python programming skills and proficiency in Pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn.
Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Practical knowledge of NLP, LLMs, Generative AI, and prompt engineering.
Experience with RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
Experience with SQL, Git, API development, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and remote collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with MLOps, Docker, CI/CD, and model monitoring.
Knowledge of React.js and Node.js.
Experience deploying AI applications in production.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
