We’re looking for an experienced SAP Business Analyst who understands sales, customer service, and customer experience processes and can help transform them into intelligent, AI-powered solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and document end-to-end SAP business processes related to sales, order management, customer service, and customer experience.
Provide business expertise to support the design, development, and testing of AI agents for SAP-related workflows.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications, business rules, user scenarios, and AI agent behavior requirements.
Define how AI agents should understand user intent, identify relevant SAP business objects, retrieve information, and guide users through business processes.
Work with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), SAP S/4HANA, SAP Customer Experience (CX), and related enterprise applications.
Map end-to-end business processes, including lead-to-order, order-to-cash, quotation management, sales order processing, pricing, delivery, billing, and customer inquiry resolution.
Identify repetitive tasks, process bottlenecks, and opportunities for AI-assisted automation.
Collaborate with AI engineers and developers to validate AI agent responses, business logic, workflow execution, and exception handling.
Create business scenarios, test cases, sample queries, expected outcomes, and acceptance criteria to evaluate AI agent performance.
Ensure AI agents follow defined business rules, access appropriate information, and recognize when human intervention is required.
Support integration requirements between AI agents and SAP systems, APIs, and enterprise data sources.
Prepare process documentation, knowledge articles, user guides, and training materials.
Work with cross-functional teams to continuously improve AI agent accuracy, usability, efficiency, and overall business value.
Required Qualifications
Strong business analysis skills and the ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.
Solid understanding of SAP sales and customer-related business processes.
Knowledge of SAP SD and/or SAP S/4HANA Sales, including sales orders, quotations, pricing, delivery, billing, and order-to-cash processes.
Understanding of customer master data, business partners, customer inquiries, and customer service workflows.
Experience in business process mapping, requirements gathering, documentation, and functional testing.
Ability to convert business knowledge into decision rules, workflow logic, test scenarios, and AI agent instructions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams in a remote work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SAP Customer Experience (SAP CX), SAP Service Cloud, SAP Sales Cloud, or related customer-facing applications.
Exposure to SAP Fiori, SAP APIs, OData services, or SAP integration concepts.
Familiarity with AI agents, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), conversational AI, or workflow automation.
Experience designing business scenarios, validating AI-generated responses, or evaluating AI agent performance.
Understanding of enterprise data security, role-based access, and responsible AI practices.
Experience with SAP digital transformation projects.
SAP certifications in sales, customer experience, or SAP S/4HANA are an added advantage.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a business-oriented SAP professional who understands how sales and customer processes operate in real organizations. They do not necessarily need to be an AI developer, but they should be able to explain business requirements clearly, identify the information an agent needs, define the correct business response, and validate whether the agent behaves as expected.
