What You’ll Do
As the Virtual Medical Back Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing general administrative support to clinic and mobile operations. This position reports to the Lead, Virtual Medical Back Office Coordinator.
The Day to Day
Answer incoming phone calls in a fast paced/high volume environment.
Achieve daily goals consistently as outlined by management.
Listening actively to patients’ concerns, understanding their needs, and provide accurate inform
